Homes start at $999 and go up to $1,299, including lot fees.
Up to 2 pets per home are welcomed in our community. However there are breed restrictions. Contact us for more information on this.
The school district is Anchor Bay.
Homes start at $70,000. The process takes approximately 30 days.
Trash pickup is included. A sewer fee of $20/m is added to the account each month as well as a $3 MI Site Fee.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Saturday we are available by appointment only.
